Super tidy and attentive service with a cozy ambience.

The room itself was authentic and had exceptionally good views of the hills. The bed was comfy, so at night I slept well. Easy check in, excellent service, I truly enjoyed it. Moreover, there was free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Location: the hotel was really close to the centre of Krakow, a beautiful garden and Poland.

What a canny place for a getaway! Spacious rooms with a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was a proper feast with local goodies. The only downside was the location being a bit tricky to find, but man, that orange cat made our stay special!

The Superior Double Room had a lovely old-school charm with that castle vibe, cool! The room felt spacious and comfy, but I struggled a bit with the menu due to the language barrier. It was nice to have pet-friendly perks, but the communication around meals could've been clearer. Luckily, the beautiful garden.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with beautiful rooms and a gorgeous location. The staff treated us with really good hospitality and even helped me retrieve my charger after checkout.
